Mochi Mochi Chocolate: Black Syrup Kinako
Product Description
This yummy mochi comes to you from Niigata Prefecture. Niigata is the second largest producer of rice in Japan (the first is Hokkaido) and produces the highest grade of Japanese rice: koshihikari. This mochi transforms locally-grown rice into a snack that uses traditional Japanese flavors: kuromitsu (black syrup) for the mochi and kinako chocolate ganache for the filling.
