Kabukiage Rice Crackers: Shiquasa Salt
Product Description
These little fried rice crackers are crispy, airy, and deliciously coated with soy sauce and shiquasa. Shiquasa is a citrus fruit native to the Ryukyu Islands, also known as a “flat lemon” due to its sour juice. It is usually used as a garnish or thinned with water for dressings and flavorings. This exotic Kabukiage is actually only available in Okinawa, but we worked hard to source it exclusively for Bokksu Members worldwide. Enjoy one of Okinawa’s most unique flavors with every bite of this delicious rice cracker!
Featured in May '19 Bokksu: Tour of Japan, July '18 Bokksu: Citrus Refresh.
